1. Introduction
Welcome to the Maxbox cloud storage service. This user service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the“Agreement”) is the legal document between you and Maxbox regarding the use of Maxbox services. By registering, logging in, or using the Maxbox service, you agree and accept all terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, please stop using the Maxbox service immediately.
2. Service content
Maxbox offers:
Cloud storage: users can upload, store, manage and download files.
File sharing: users can generate file sharing links to share files with other users.
· Video playback: users can play video files in the Maxbox application.
・ Personal Center: Users can manage account information, storage usage and security settings.
・ Maxbox reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Registration and account management

・ users are not allowed to use Maxbox services to send spam, malware or other harmful content.
・ users are not allowed to abuse Maxbox service, including but not limited to malicious use of storage space, frequent high traffic operations, etc. .
5. Service charge
Maxbox offers a free basic service as well as a premium paid service. Users can choose to purchase advanced services to enjoy more features and more storage space. The exact amount and method of payment for the service will be specified on the Maxbox website or app. The user agrees to pay the appropriate fee for the selected service package.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Variation and termination of agreement

10. Dispute settlement
The interpretation and application of this agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and does not apply any conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiations fail, the parties agree to submit the dispute to a competent court in the United States.
